  The exhibiting booth arrangement is really a hard work for the companies, and at the time when the

  fair is combined the exhibiting booth with the customers room and created the post-modernistic SOHO

  Operating Mode:
  Exhibiting Time: During the exhibiting time, the exhibitor should open the room space and put the
   exhibiting label in front of the door. The exhibiting arrangement in the room can be settled according
  your personal needs under the condition that this will not change the original settlement of the room and
  make damages to the items, furniture etc.
  None-exhibiting Time: there is a company name label on the door of every room marking the
   information of the company, business fields, products and meeting time etc., the exhibitors can arrange
  the exhibiting time according to their requirements.

Additional Information
1.You can reserve different style of room according to your personal needs
2.10 percent discount for all kinds of rooms if you register and remit exhibition fee before Jan. 1st, 2008 (for overseas companies, considering of the Christmas and New Year holiday, the discount will extend to Feb. 1st, 2008)
3.Companies within the same territory can register as a group, this group enjoys a 15 percent discount (group member should be over 5 companies)
4.The number of SOHO style exhibiting room is limited, please register as soon as you can.
5.In order to fulfill your requirements, more exhibiting modes can be provided, please contact us for details
6.Visitors need to register to attend the dinner party, the trade fair committee will charge the cost of RMB200/person (USD40/person)

5.Register Procedure

  1. Fill in exhibition agreement (download), put the official seal on it, then fax or mail it to Trade Fair
   Organizing Committee. Deadline: March 7th, 2008
  2. Exhibition booth engagement is arranged by Trade Fair Organizing Committee.
  3. Please remit exhibition fee to the appointed account within 5 working days after sending exhibition
   agreement, or we’ll not keep it for you.
  4. After your remittance, please fax us the copy of the remittance, which should be marked with the
   using purpose in order to check. If you remit personally, please note the invoice title.
